No. Website Care is pay per use: you pay for each run in credits, with no subscription, so you run it when you choose and can stop at any time.
Website Care credits cover each run’s checks and report, plus Protect’s update round and Grow’s improvement. Fixes from the fix guide that you ask us to make (Protect and Grow), new pages and urgent work between runs use extra credits, quoted before we start.

MarketAIgents suggests running Website Care every month, and at least every quarter. It is your choice: up to once a month, or less often, and each report shows what changed since your last run.
Beyond three months, rankings, AI answers and your competitors will have moved, and an expired certificate can go unnoticed for longer. With Protect, updates also pile up and are riskier to apply together, and a broken form can go unnoticed. A quarterly run keeps those gaps short.
Monitor needs no access; Protect needs a WordPress user; Grow needs read-only Google access. Protect’s user has the Administrator role that updates require. Grow adds Google Analytics (Viewer), Search Console (Restricted user) and, if you use it, Bing Webmaster Tools (Read only), plus Protect’s user on WordPress. You add our email address and can remove it any time.
No password is ever sent to us for the Site Check or Website Care. You add our email address as a user with the role we ask for, and you can remove it at any time. For a new website or a redesign, passwords are never sent by email.
Yes, in every Monitor, Protect and Grow run. We ask 10 of your buyers’ questions on six AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode), several times each, and report whether you are cited, named or missing, and who is named instead. Answers vary from run to run, so we report what our runs found.
