Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of marketaigents.com and the services MarketAIgents (“MarketAIgents”, “we”, “us”) provides: website design and redesign, the free Site Check and Website Care (the “Services”). By registering for a Site Check, ordering Website Care or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

A website or redesign project is also covered by the fixed-price quote we agree for it. If the quote and these Terms differ, the quote applies to that project.

1. The Services

Website design and redesign: we research your buyers, write the words for every page and build your website on WordPress, on hosting in your name. Each step waits for your approval, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Free Site Check: a one-off outside read of your website with the fixes we found, highest priority first. It changes nothing on your site.

Website Care: a pay-per-run check of your website and your 3 closest competitors, at three levels: Monitor, Protect and Grow.

The Site Check and Website Care give measurements and advice. Nothing in the Services promises that any page or business will be ranked, cited, mentioned or featured by any search engine or AI assistant, or that any traffic or business result will follow. Search engines and AI assistants change without notice; a measurement is an observation at a point in time, not a prediction.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding agreement for your business. You agree to give us accurate information and to tell us if it changes.

3. Website and redesign projects

You get a fixed price after a free call, before any work starts. What it includes, and when each part is paid, is set out in your quote.

Two rounds of changes per page are included in your fixed price. Work outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages, further changes or changes after you have approved a step, is quoted before we do it.

For 30 days after launch, anything we built that does not work as agreed is fixed at no charge.

You keep your hosting, domain and accounts in your own name. Where we need access, you add our email address as a user wherever you can; anything else is agreed with you, and passwords are never sent by email.

Your content, brand and accounts are yours from the start, and so is the website we build for you.

If you need to pause or stop a project, tell us; work done up to that point is charged as set out in your quote.

4. The free Site Check

The Site Check is free. We may limit how many Site Checks one person or business can request, and we may decline a request, for example for a site we cannot read.

The report is for your own use with your website. It reads your site from outside and changes nothing on it.

5. Website Care

Website Care is paid per run in credits, with no subscription. You choose when to run it, up to once a month, and you can stop at any time.

Monitor changes nothing on your site. Protect runs WordPress, theme and plugin updates only after we confirm a recent, complete backup, and sends a test message through each form. Grow on WordPress includes Protect’s work and makes the one improvement you approve. Any other change is made only when you ask, quoted in credits first.

You remain responsible for your website, your hosting, your backups and your own website’s privacy notice. Updates can occasionally cause problems; if one does, the site can be rolled back to the confirmed backup.

You can remove the access you gave us at any time; runs that need that access then stop.

6. Credits, payment and refunds

Website Care uses credits. One credit costs one US dollar; agencies buying 250 or more credits at once pay US$ 0.70 a credit. A Monitor run uses 99 credits, Protect 150 and Grow 250. Checkout is coming soon; until it opens, no payment is taken on the site.

When checkout opens, the payment provider will be named here. Credits do not expire. Credits used for completed runs are not refundable, because the work has been done and its costs incurred. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 21 days of purchase, to the original payment method.

Prices and credit rates may change. Changes apply to future purchases; credits already bought keep their value.

7. Acceptable use

Only ask us to check, change or build websites you own or are authorized to act for.

Do not use the Services for anything unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful.

Do not try to disrupt, overload or break into our site, forms or systems.

8. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of your business information, words, images, logo and other material you give us. You let us use them only to provide the Services, including sending content to the providers named in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to use the material you give us, and that you can back up any claim, number, certification or testimonial you ask us to publish.

Our tools, report formats and methods remain ours, and reports are for your own use with your website; an agency may pass the reports we make for its clients on to those clients. The template your website is built on becomes part of your site: you can keep using and changing it.

We show a finished website as an example of our work only with your written permission.

9. Automated and AI-assisted work

Our reports use automated tools and AI models; they may be incomplete or contain errors, and AI assistants’ answers vary from run to run. The words we write for your website are drafts until you approve them; please check every claim before you approve. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish.

10. Other companies' services

Your website relies on services we do not control, such as WordPress, its plugins and themes, your hosting provider, Google and the AI assistants we check. Their terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, except where the law does not allow them to be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, MarketAIgents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Any claim that a Service fell short must be shown by you, naming the run, report or part of the project concerned and how it fell short. Where a claim is shown and accepted, our total liability is limited to: for Website Care, the credits spent on that run, refunded as credits or money at our choice; for a website project, the amount you paid for the part of the project concerned. The free Site Check is provided without charge and without liability.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MarketAIgents against claims and costs arising from material you gave us, content you approved, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or stop a Service if these Terms are broken, or to protect our systems or other clients. You may stop using the Services at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue after the Services end will continue.

15. Changes

We may change the Services or these Terms. Updated Terms apply from when they are posted here; for a project already agreed, the Terms in force when you accepted the quote apply.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
