Grow from your own numbers, with one improvement each run

Grow is everything in Protect, plus read access to your Google Analytics, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Each run reads your latest week of visits, searches and clicks, compares it with the weekly average of the 4 weeks before, and proposes one improvement for your yes. We suggest a run every month, and at least every quarter; how often is your choice.

What Grow gives you

Your visits and what they lead to

From Google Analytics: your visits and engaged visits, the key events you track (such as form submissions), your top landing pages, and the visits that came from AI assistants.

The searches that find you

From Search Console: clicks, impressions and average position, with your top searches and your top pages. From Bing: clicks, impressions and your top searches.

Seen often, rarely clicked

Searches where your page shows on Google’s first page, often, but is rarely clicked.

One improvement each run

A change to an existing page or section, or a fix, chosen from your numbers and drafted for your yes. Nothing changes until you approve.

Read-only access to your numbers

Viewer, Restricted and Read only roles for Google Analytics, Search Console and Bing, added with our email address. No passwords, and you can remove us at any time.

Everything in Protect

Backups, updates, security scan and form tests on WordPress, plus everything in Monitor.

Who Grow is for

Owners who want their own numbers read and acted on, not just watched.
Sites on another platform can have Grow too: Monitor plus your numbers, without the WordPress care.

How it starts

We agree your competitors, phrases and questions as for Monitor, you add our WordPress user (on WordPress), and you add our email address to Google Analytics as a Viewer, to Search Console as a Restricted user and, if you use Bing Webmaster Tools, as a Read only user there. Your first report records the starting point; then a report each time you run it. We suggest a run every month, and at least every quarter; how often is your choice.

Questions about Grow

How often should I run Grow?

We suggest every month: each run proposes one improvement, so monthly runs add up, and your numbers show a change while it is still small. At least every quarter. Each report reads your latest week against the 4 weeks before, so when runs are further apart, the weeks between them are not read.

What access does each Website Care level need?

Monitor needs no access; Protect needs a WordPress user; Grow needs read-only Google access. Protect’s user has the Administrator role that updates require. Grow adds Google Analytics (Viewer), Search Console (Restricted user) and, if you use it, Bing Webmaster Tools (Read only), plus Protect’s user on WordPress. You add our email address and can remove it any time.

What if I do not want to share my Google accounts?

Choose Monitor, which needs no access, or Protect, which needs only a WordPress user. Both show how you compare with your competitors.

Who makes the improvement in Grow?

We propose it with the numbers behind it. On WordPress, once you approve, we make it. On other platforms we hand it to your web team with step-by-step instructions. New pages are quoted separately.

Does Website Care work on sites that are not on WordPress?

Yes, for Monitor and Grow. Monitor works on any platform, such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or Webflow, as long as your site has a sitemap search engines can read. Grow on other platforms hands the improvement to your web team with step-by-step instructions. Protect needs WordPress.

Do you manage my ads or social media?

No. Website Care reads your website and your numbers; we do not run or change your ads, and we do not post on your social accounts.

What happens if I stop Website Care?

Your site keeps running as it is; Website Care is pay per run, so stopping means not starting another run. Your backups stay wherever they are kept, such as your own Google Drive.

Can you promise more visitors or better rankings?

No. No one can promise rankings, visitors or what AI assistants say. We show you what changed and suggest what to do next; you decide.
