We reply by email from hello@marketaigents.com to set up a call. On the call you talk through what your site has to do, and we quote a fixed price after the call, before any work starts.
Very little before the first call. When we start, you fill in an online brief about your business and buyers, and send your logo, photos and any documents. Passwords are never sent by email.
Yes. You get your own private project page, where each step appears for you to read, comment on and approve. Nothing moves on, and nothing goes live, without your yes.
On each review page you can comment on every section, then approve it or ask for changes. You get a new draft with your changes made, and the page shows which draft you are answering. Two rounds of changes per page are included in your fixed price.
No password is ever sent to us for the Site Check or Website Care. You add our email address as a user with the role we ask for, and you can remove it at any time. For a new website or a redesign, passwords are never sent by email.
